E-Statements

We are pleased to now offer E-Statements to all of our members! KONE Employees Credit Union E-Statements are essentially an electronic version of your paper statement. You can access your statement easily through our Cu@Home internet account access anytime of the day or night! With E-Statements, there is no need to continue receiving paper statements. Some of the benefits include:

What is an E-Statement?
E-Statements are an electronic version of your statement available through CU@Home internet account access.

Is it safe?
Yes. Just like all other information on Cu@Home, a secure server is used to protect your information.

Is my information accessible to hackers?
No. The CU@Home interface is not an extension of the credit union core system. Information is uploaded as a file and is not linked to the server at the credit union.

How do I sign up?
It's a snap! First, you have to be signed up forCU@Home internet account access. If you are not already signed up, Learn more about the service. If you already use CU@Home, you will simply need to click on the E-Statement link located on the menu on the left. It will direct you to a short form which only takes a minute to fill out online. That's it!

Do I need any special software?
You need to have Adobe Acrobat to read the file since it will appear in a PDF format. It is FREE and takes only a moment to download. If you don't have Adobe, You can Download Acrobat Now.

How will I know when my E-Statement has arrived?
You will receive an email notification. PLEASE update your e-mail address if you change it.

How long will my E-Statement be available?
We will store statements online for 2 years.

Can I still get a paper statement too?
There's no need! All information is available at the click of a mouse! If you sign up for E-Statements and decide you would rather receive your paper statement again, we can always make that change for you.

Will I still receive the KECU Newsletter and other credit union information?
YES! It will come electronically along with your statement.
