Direct Deposit/Payroll Deduction
As a member of KONE Employees Credit Union you have the option to have your entire net check directly deposited into your credit union account. The funds can be divided - automatically - among your accounts in any fashion you choose. You can re-allocate these at any time. Make your loan payment, Christmas Club deduction, etc. from that check.
The credit union can accept a direct deposit from any company that provides this service. Whether you are receiving a recurring check from your place of employment, an insurance company, pension or Social Security (just to name a few), direct deposit is a safer alternative to receiving a paper check.
To start direct deposit print the online form. If you receive your payroll check from KONE Inc. you may fax or mail the form to us. If you receive your check from another employer or would like your spouse's check to be deposited, print the form and take it to that employer.
As KONE Inc. employees you can elect to have a portion of your payroll electronically deposited every payday into your accounts. This is called "payroll distributions". The funds can be divided - automatically - among your accounts in any fashion you choose. You can re-allocate these at any time.

Peace of Mind
With direct deposit and payroll deduction, you will still receive a pay stub that reflects all your personal information from the pay source with an indicator that the funds have been sent to the credit union.
To start a payroll deduction, contact our office or any KONE Inc. branch secretary and ask for a payroll deduction form, or Fill one out online.
